RETURN & EXCHANGE

Dubai Trends offers return and exchange policy.Return/Exchange need to be filed within 72 hours of item delivery.Customer will be responsible for all returning delivery charges.

Damaged/Incomplete item will not be liable for any return or exchange. Dubai Trends could send back the item at the customer’s expense.Customers may claim return & exchange if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.

Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.

Send us a video of your product with the issue within 72 hours on WhatsApp.

If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a return & exchange.Dubai Trends is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.Dubai Trends will compensate customers by sending the correct item or returning the money.Dubai Trends will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 72 hours and return the product within 5-10 days of delivery.
